Return Window:

Any product can be returned within 7–10 days (you may set the exact number of days as per your company policy).

Return Applicable When:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product is defective

Return Not Applicable For:

  • Used/opened cosmetics
  • Items close to expiry
  • Sale/offer products (depending on company policy)

Refund Method:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 7–15 days
  • Refund will be issued only after the product reaches back to our warehouse
